Governor                                     Chair

Dear NYSCA grantees and applicants,

We are writing to remind you that all online materials and new print materials that feature our logo must use the current version, shown above and below. As you were informed in March 2015, NYSCA’s most recent logo is available in GreenBlack and White. Each link leads to a zip folder containing .EPS, .TIFF and .PNG formats of the logo. Black and green logos are also provided in .PDF and .JPG formats. The logo may not be substituted for the required crediting language, but may be used in addition to the required language.

NYSCA’s required crediting language is: “New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.” Crediting language must appear in press releases, advertisements, programs, and other materials offered to the public. Failure to comply with crediting requirements may jeopardize future funding from the Council. For organizations receiving General Support, acknowledgement of Council support is required for all public programs and services occurring within New York State. If the grant funded projects or services the acknowledgement of Council support is required on all materials related to the specific funded activities.

For more information on crediting the New York State Council on the Arts, please click here. If you have any questions, please write to public.affairs@arts.ny.gov or call (212) 459-8859.
